Shipping Methods

Iris Impressions offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. All parcels are sent via UPS or Fedex and are insured. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout based on your chosen shippping method and the price of your merchandise.

United States

Standard Delivery

• Sent via UPS or Fedex ground
• Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions.
• Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.
• You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
• Upon request we will combine postage for multiple items that will ship to the same delivery address. For this service, email us with your order number, a description of the items and their quantity, as well as your postal code.

Express Shipping

• All orders are subject to verification.
• Failure to provide correct shipping information can cause delay which might reflect additional charges for reshipping. For additional shipping information please email us info@irisimpressions.com

When estimating when merchandise will arrive, please consider the following:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing.
• All orders are subject to verification.
• Item will usually be shipped within 24 after verification of your payment. All orders received by 1:00pm PST will be shipped the same day (M-F). Orders received after 1:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
• Most carriers do not pick up or deliver on holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.). Therefore any orders recieved during weekends or holidays will be shipped within 24 hours of the following business day.
• No Sunday deliveries
• Failure to provide correct shipping information may cause a delay which might reflect additional charges for reshipping. Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Outside the United States

• Orders are sent via USPS International Mail or FedEx.
• Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order BEFORE any deductions. (Please see shipping rates below)
• Express shipping not available at this time.
• Order usually arrives within 14-21 business days after the shipping date.
• Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
